Violet’s 60th Celebration

Family and friends, it is time to celebrate! I am turning 60 and want to spend it with you.

Plan to join me aboard the stunningly beautiful MSC Meraviglia, as we explore parts of Europe together. We'll eat, drink and be merry, giving thanks for 60 blessed years of favor and protection.

Below, you'll find the rates (per person) for the trip and important dates. Please pay close attention to when your first and last payments are due.

Important Dates
April 3rd - Initial Deposit of $200/person
June 25th - 2nd Payment of $150/person.
June 1, 2027 - Final payment is due.

After making your deposit by April 3rd, you may elect to pay a monthly amount. If you'll be using the same card to make monthly payments, tell the travel agent (Peter) and he can process those payments on the date you agree. Otherwise, let Peter know which card to use to process your payments.

You have the option to reserve your room now and plan for airfare later. You may choose to book your own fare to the United Kingdom or contact Peter for assistance.

Airfares will become available about 11 months before your cruise date.

Important Note on Travel Documents

Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for London
Everyone will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to visit the United Kingdom. This can be obtained via an app. You must apply for it at least three (3) days before your flight. However, you may request one months before.

Non-US Citizens
If you do not have a US passport, you will need a visa to visit Europe. The visa is called the "Schengen Visa" and must be obtained from an European Consulate or Embassy in your country. It is best to begin the application process at least six (6) months before your cruise.

You will need certain documents to apply for a Schengen visa. These include:
1. Your cruise confirmation and itinerary
2. Your flight information to the UK
3. Travel insurance, showing at least 30,000 Euros in coverage for sickness, accidents, etc.
4. Employment letter

If you know that you'll need a Schengen visa, please contact Peter early for some guidance. However, you're ultimately responsible for obtaining the right documents for the trip.

Note: Start now with reserving your cabin and pay the $200/person deposit. The posted rates do not include travel insurance, which is highly recommended whenever you're leaving the country. If you wish to add travel protection, please select that option when submitting your reservation.

Note: You may reserve a cabin for two persons. Cabins for three or four guests are no longer available within the group, but may be booked outside the group. If you need a cabin for three or four guests, please select that option below and Peter will provide a quote.
